⁃ Responsible for providing the first level of resolution in troubleshooting network, hardware, and software issues. ⁃ Provide technical assistance and support for wired and wireless LAN and WAN communications. ⁃ Install e-mails on devices and support in solving any issues related to e-mail system. ⁃ Handling shared folders network drives through users map. ⁃ Assigning users according to security rules. ⁃ Handling the exchange server and active directory. ⁃ Solving end-users issues locally and remotely. ⁃ Work with corporate systems. ⁃ Hands and Eyes for the network team. ⁃ Service Desk and create Incident tickets or Service Request tickets. ⁃ Receive calls, E-mails, and Service tickets form end-users. ⁃ Manage Antivirus/ Security Endpoint Solution Tasks and policies (i.e. SymantecKaspersky - windows Defender ) ⁃ Installing and Configuring networks vlan and computer systems, Diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults, Managing and troubleshooting any end-user equipment printers. ⁃ create Vlan and pass it on trunk port switch. ⁃ Troubleshooting all issues in soft and hard Avaya.
