- Provide customers with basic information on all Bank’s products/services to increase Customer awareness & and ensure a high level of quality service.- Handle all account openings and their related operations processes including system input & and data entry.- Handle customers’ queries and complaints and ensure effective closure of complaints within the set TAT and SLA to reach customer satisfaction and loyalty.- Prepare the daily sales report (DSR) including sales activities and call reports, and share it with the supervisor and branch head to track sales performance achievement versus budget and work on alternative plans when needed.- Report any possible frauds and risks and provide customer feedback to the direct supervisor to maintain a high level of control.- Receive all relevant customer requests related to credit & and debit cards, TDs, CDs..etc. check their validity and send to related departments for completion.- Follow all relevant department policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.- Comply with all relevant CBE regulations, banking laws, AML regulations, and internal CIB policies and code of conduct in order to maintain CIB’s sound legal position and mitigate any potential risks.

- Perform all the ATM functions including preparing daily proof sheets, handling captured cards, filling along with the replenishment of onsite ATM machines, and reporting any malfunctions for repairs and maintenance.- Process all the cash counter transactions accurately in accordance with the set objectives.- Manage the branch's daily cash needs with the Head Teller for better coordination of cash shipments between the branch and the central vault.- Maintain zero cash shortages and excesses at the counter to ensure maximum control of cash balance.- Follows all relevant department policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.- Adhere to the bank clean desk policy, day- day-to-day operations.

- Help clients of the bank with routine financial transactions. Their day-to-day duties include making deposits, handling withdrawals, and issuing money orders or cashier's checks to bank customers.

- Preparing tax returns for individuals or businesses using knowledge of tax laws, accounting principles, and software applications.- Reviewing financial statements for accuracy and providing recommendations for improvementAnalyzing data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in businesses.- Preparing financial reports such as income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and other reports required by regulatory agencies or internal management.- Preparing budgets and forecasts to predict future business performance based on assumptions about economic conditions, industry trends, and other factors that could affect revenue or expenses.- Reviewing financial statements prepared by other accountants to ensure they are accurate and compliant with applicable laws
