 Coordinate with clients and suppliers on all requirements and details of the event to ensure that the program/event meets the needs and specifications of the client. Identify a suitable mix of elements for events, manage, physically check and approve these elements (venue, F&B, designs, production, materials, etc.). Set timelines with action plans to ensure that all elements of each event are successfully completed within timelines and budgets. Monitor continuously all the details of organizing the event to ensure company standards are maintained. Develop and monitoring online and social media campaign related to any project. Revise all quotations and cost sheets for all ongoing events and ensure that all entered data is accurate and reflects actual information. Maintain all safety measures during the installation of the event to ensure the safety of all attendees during the event. Looking for new suppliers with new technologies, which we can use by a way or another to serve the upcoming events. Select staff & suppliers meeting project criteria. Manage a team of 5 account managers /executives, 4 creative art designers & 4 operation executives to assist with all ongoing projects Events e.g.: • 37th CAF Ordinary General Assembly.• Soirée New Year's Eve 2015.• Heineken open your city campaign.• Davidoff launch.• Magda El Roomy concert @ Uptown Cairo.• El Tahrir channel re-launch event.• Emirates NBD Bank employee’s annual event 2014/2015.• Schneider Experience Efficiency exhibition.

 Get briefed from the client and start working on full proposal & budget with creative ideas including: (suggested venue, invitation & printing material designs, 3D designs, seating arrangement, entertainment, giveaways options, day flow and menus… etc.).  Coordinate with execution & suppliers to gather all project requirements; budgeting, planning, implementation & follow up on every single detail. Manage & organize the event night. Regular market visit during any activation to ensure project execution as per the brief. Collect data; send regular feedback & closing reports. Prompt reply to clients’ requests and emails. Stage managing. Accounts handled: El Ahram Beverages - BMW - Schneider Electric - Heinz - Philip Morris - Mansour distribution - Scib Paints Event e.g.:• Heineken final UCL Screening event 2011/ 2012/ 2013/ 2014/ 2015.• Stella 115 year’s anniversary event.• BMW 3 series lounge.• Schneider Electric booth at Le Marche.• Scib Paints Family Day• Aly & Fila Concert @ Eco Temple Sharm El Sheikh
