I am a hardworking, creative, and personable individual. I work well independently and within group settings, where I tend to take charge in leadership positions. I am a 2024 graduate from Manhattanville University with a Bachelor’s of Arts in English Literature, with an average GPA of over 3.8 in my major. I have a passion for Renaissance and Victorian poetry and literature, as well as creative writing and textile arts. I also have a thorough self-taught knowledge of historical fashion and seamtressing, which I utilized for my Senior Thesis on the influence of women's fashion and the Industrial Revolution within the context of Victorian literature.I have been working freelance for an independent business for over three years now, MercurialGirlbyGina. I assist in pitching and selling their products at local artisan craft markets, setting up the table and displays, and take charge of the financial transactions. Additionally, I also have some experience with public speaking; I have read my poetry in front of audiences on several occasions, and was featured as the Honored Hero at the 2022 Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation fundraiser walk at which I gave a personal speech. I was also an editor on the board of my college’s literary magazine “Graffiti” in 2023, which I am incredibly proud of.
