• Providing Leadership for CITIVEG, an agribusiness innovation that builds on the results of the RUAF -Cities Farming for the Future Program. ● Country Lead with full oversight of the USAID-funded West Africa-Farmer-to-Farmer (F2F) program activities in Ghana, a market-driven program designed to build capacity, enhance competitiveness, and strengthen resilience of local market actors across multiple value chains focusing on postharvest as well as youth in agriculture.● Led the development and implementation of the West Africa Farmer-to-Farmer Program Country Strategy.● Identified host partners, volunteer consultants and other stakeholders for the program.● led the technical and operational aspects of this West Africa Farmer-to-Farmer initiative that provided technical assistance and training to smallholder farmers, agribusinesses, Individual Private partners and agricultural service providers. ● Facilitated collaboration between partners in Ghana, other institutions and between individual professionals for effectiveness and transparency.

• Assisted in the implementation of the World Cocoa Foundations’ 2012 Strategy: Pathway to Sustainable Cocoa which focused on four key building blocks: sustainable production, sustainable supply chain, sustainable consumption, and strategic sector management.• Provided technical and operational support to the Programs Director in management of a $40 million public-private partnership, a West African value chain program funded by BMGF and private sector partners to build capacity among local actors and improve resilience in the regional markets; • Assisted in the development of Multi-stakeholder collaboration and partnerships, including pre-competitive collective action among companies, and new partnership platforms that brought together governments, industry, and other stakeholders; • Participated and ensured integration of WCF in policy discussions and other relevant national and regional forums including liaising with COCOBOD.• Assisted in aligning public-private investment to create impact at scale, which leveraged third-party financing and accelerated science, innovation, and learning.
