• Recruitment, onboarding, contracts and renewals. • Personnel (attendance, days off and deductions), running and coordinating payroll (deductions, unpaid & sick leaves, etc. …) and finalizing the payroll sheet before sending to the financial department for reviewing and transacting.• Running the annual performance review process. • Creating all internal forms & policies (with all followed related updates).• Coordinating with the HO in Dubai with everything related to Egypt office and to the group.• Responsible for the medical insurance .

Responsible for getting resumes from various sources, sorting them in categories,calling the matching ones for tests followed by face to face interview.Responsible for making quizzes,tests and surveys for the candidates, marking them all and entering it on the system.Responsible for phone and face to face interviews in addition to setting the salary scales for the accepted candidates, making offets,sending it and following up with all of them to make all the needed work documents clear to everyone and bring it on time.Responsible for the manpower of the whole company.Responsible for the performance development plan for the company starting from the goal setting ending by the final evaluation, bonus and promotion time by the end of the year

Used to get the pool of the candidates either by advertisements, making visits to other companies and exchanging or even buying data ,announcements on the social media or open days .Making phone interviews (Screening) to the matching candidates .Making the face to face interviews and selecting the best among them and the most fitting to be hired Putting analysis,monthly and weekly quizzes to the newly hired employees.Making and supervising it while it is done.Reserving the training room,make sure of the availability of all the stuff needed by the Trainer ,take the attendance of the attendees .Cooperating with the team leaders of the newly hired employees and see if there is any problem concerning them or if anyone is facing a problem about his work and needs a coaching session or something .

Handling and answering all the inquiries and requests from our clients through phone resulting in solving it and getting their satisfaction by the end of the call.
