Senior Product Consultant
CurrentA designated consultant and solution implementer responsible for a portfolio of customer-facing projects. Depending on the product and services, I am ultimately responsible for ensuring a successful implementation and delivering the customers key business outcomes that were established as goals of the project.Key Responsibilities− Provide subject matter expertise− Align with stakeholders while documenting and agreeing upon requirements and desired outcomes− Examine each use case of the system, establish and document the corresponding system functionality that can be leveraged to accomplish the business goals− Implement the mutually agreed upon requirements− Execute end-to-end quality assurance testing during each week of the implementation and broader system testing in anticipation of user acceptance testing (UAT) support− Guide the customer regarding how UAT is to be coordinated and executed− Assist in the promotion of solutions to production− Estimation of the scope delta− Present the scope and effort delta to the customer to identify our desired path forward− Train customers to execute a successful production release− Identify and assist in the resolution of any immediate challenges such as issues with the production migration, issues missed during UAT or newly identified requirements
