• Monitoring and ensuring the stability of Orange’ network by responding to the active and passive alarms generated by the network management system. • Performing various network management and administration tasks remotely, using the proper tools such as NSN NetAct, Huawei U2000, Motorola and ALU OMC-R. • Providing remote assistance to the field maintenance engineers and technicians for alarm clearance, preventive maintenance, site auditing and overall site health check. • Identifying faults and alarms, raising trouble tickets for impacted network elements.• Ensuring all alerts have been acknowledged and escalated as needed. • Creating periodic reports (daily/ weekly) for faulty network equipment, environmental alarms affecting Network elements and generators used to operate the network elements and make sure of delivering these reports to the concerning teams in time.• Perform some of core operation tasks (tracing, alarms that appear on STM, perform interrogation on the BSC’s)• Monitoring , Detecting and solving BSS/RAN alarms remotely and escalating hardware faulty alarms to the responsible teams depending on the type of the problem (Maintenance, Transmission, BSS operation and Data Network), perform L1 troubleshooting on the network nodes and open Trouble Tickets for all network incidents.
