working as an orthopedics and trauma specialty doctor in El Eman general Hospital which is a major government hospital in Assiut andmajor trauma center with capacity of dealing with polytrauma patients that provides a proper medical care to about one million people peryear.My duties were including :1- Running fracture clinic once a week and Running Elective clinic once a week which offersAssessing patients' symptoms, medical history, and performing physical examinations, imaging tests (like X-rays, MRI scans), and otherdiagnostic procedures to identify orthopedic conditions.Treatment Planning: Developing individualized treatment plans based on diagnosis, which may include medication, physical therapy,exercise programs, orthotics, or surgery. .2-Doing 2 trauma lists weekly with exposure to verities of Upper and lower limbs fractures.3- Doing one Elective list weekly4- on-call duties 1/105- attending the department MDT meeting to make a discussion about the cases and management plans.6- Doing regular post graduate teaching sessions in different topics in orthopedics .7-Providing patients with information about their condition, treatment options, and preventive measures to promote musculoskeletalhealth.8-Participating in research studies, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and staying updated on advancements in orthopedicmedicine and technology.
