Providing L2 Support for orange customers Managed Firewalls services(Netscreen, checkpoint, Fortinet UTM), Managed Antivirus (Trend Micro IWSS), Managed Proxies (Bluecoat, Web Filter), Managed switches (Cisco, Alteon)and Juniper SSL VPN· Security operations based on ITIL framework:o Change Management Providing security assessment and risk reviews over thesubmitted change requests. Performing complex changes, which involve working in nonstandardarchitectures and standard architectures. Preparing and attending Change Advisory Board (CAB)meetings including customer approvals, change complexity,roll back procedures and outage time.o Proactive Monitoring and Incident Management Resolving complex security incidents on complete securityportfolio (Managed Firewalls, Managed Proxies, URL Filtering).o Release Management Perform planning, preparation, rollback, documentation upgrades of different security devices installation of patches and operating system
