Acting as Sr. Mechanical Site Engineer in MBG Development Projects in New Administrative Capital • Act as coordinator with technical office and procurement team to be updated on site with needed shop drawing and material needed.• Reviewing Mechanical design before preparing shop drawings and prepare needed RFIs and RFPs. • Work as Mechanical QC and QS Engineer. • Making Subcontractor invoices and follow it up. • Review and submit material submittals to consultant for approval. • Contact suppliers for offers, creating and pricing BOQ for project. • Responsible for material survey for site work, preparing the required PRs and follow up the material till it delivered to the site. • Management of technicians, workers and sub-contractors.• Reviewing sub-contractors offers with MEP Manger before sending to procurement team.

Uptown Cairo

Acting as Mechanical Site Engineer in EMAAR real estate Project in uptown Cairo• Reviewing Mechanical design before preparing shop drawings and prepare needed RFIs and RFPs.• Preparing Mechanical shop drawings and ensure its documentations and approval by consultant.• Responsible for all Plumbing (Water & Drainage) and HVAC (AHU, Split, Concealed & Exhaust fans) work in site till Testing and Commissioning. • Responsible for Swimming pools, Lake and their pump rooms work.• Work as Mechanical QC Engineer.• Responsible for material survey for site work, preparing the required PRs and follow up the material till it delivered to the site.• Management of technicians, workers and sub-contractors.• Plan and schedule the work according to project timeline. • Coordination with other trades in site.• Preparing progress sheets and reports to be submitted to the managers.• Preparing Quantity Surveying for Mechanical and Electrical works.• Making Client Payment and Subcontractor invoices and follow it up.• Responsible for AS Built drawings for all Plumbing and HVAC drawings.
