As a public policy analyst, I am committed to promoting fairness, equity, and transparency in the tax system and advocating for workers' rights in Serbia. My ultimate goal is to create an environment where professionals in the IT industry, women entrepreneurs, and freelance workers can thrive and succeed.Through my extensive experience in the Serbian policy landscape, I have identified key issues and areas where advocacy can make a real difference. Working alongside colleagues at Clever Group and members of the "Digitalna Zajednica" association, I have co-developed proposals, strategies, and campaigns that required lobbying and negotiations with government agencies.These initiatives include the "Popravi sistem, znanjem do promene" initiative, which advocates for the improvement of the position of freelancers in Serbia, finding a compromise solution for their previous tax obligations. I also worked on the "I preduzetnice su mame" initiative, which aims to improve the position of women entrepreneurs in Serbia to achieve the right to pregnancy, maternity leave, and childcare leave. Additionally, I was part of the working group for defining the status of freelancers in Serbia and the initiative to improve the tax framework to encourage the innovation-based economy and business of the IT sector.I have consulted over 100 entrepreneurs to understand their independent income tax status better and navigate the complexities of the Serbian tax system. As a blogger for Pausal.rs, I have written over 30 articles covering small business legal procedures, changes in tax laws and codes, regulations, and business guidance.My expertise in research, analysis, negotiation and strategic planning has allowed me to make a significant impact in this field. I am always on the lookout for new opportunities to apply my skills and knowledge to make a positive difference in the lives of workers in Serbia. I firmly believe that effective advocacy for the needs of workers in the digital ecosystem can lead to fair and transparent digitization that benefits freelancers and the broader economy.

This involved collaborating with marketing and outreach teams to develop targeted messaging and promotional materials, as well as presenting the tool at conferences, workshops, and other industry events.
