-Ensure proper execution and visibility of the external POS .-Work with the Sales team to ensure effective utilization of POS in the outlets in keeping with the KPIs and activity plan.-Assist in putting the Trade Marketing annual plan .-Create and present the trade marketing monthly report to highlight achievements and opportunities .-Establish required awareness for the BTC presence among Traders, wholesalers and contribute indirectly in increasing BTC market share.-Monitoring our competitors Activations, promotions, Branding to be the VOM for our Top Management .-Manage Monthly road shows and Activation for traders & End Users to create awareness about our Brand .-Design a rewarding programs for our sales team .-Conduct market visits to our sales Routes to ensure the best execution of our (Internal / External branding)-Assist in managing relationships with all advertising agencies / printers .-Opening new potential markets .-Assist in trucking the TM budget in keeping with the activity plan also to make it suitable with our needs in market.-Handling the planning and execution for our BTL activities ideas such as Roadshow , in-store activities , Branding ).-Responsible for Organizing our annual Events .-Analyzing the Marketing & Trade Marketing spending VS Budget .-Training and coaching sales team by giving them selling stories.-Conduct marketing surveys for traders , also a focus group for our potential segment .-Handling the printing for our occasional products packaging .-Consider effective use of the budget by working on getting the lowest prices available in the market (for marketing activities) & maintain the equilibrium price Vs. Quality-Work closely with the creative team to ensure the effective use for our visuals element’s & messages .-Preparing and analyzing the TM Spending VS Traders sales volume .-Coordinate in selecting our influence's and our brand ambassadors .
