- Advised governments and large multinationals across MENA region on transportation and public sector projects.- Presented and directly negotiated with senior country leadership including the Prime Minister and the Minister of Transportation and cultivated relationships with the Governor of Cairo to facilitate partnerships.- Developed a methodology to allocate bus routes to private operators to improve quality of 2.7 M daily public transportation customers’ trips, while reducing annual governmental subsidy by $100M+.- Developed transformation strategy for Roads, Bridges, and Land Transport Authority.
