Working on several freelance projects in this transitional phase of my career.Project 1 :Designing successfully a pipeline system for a chemical plant using tools like PipeFlow Expert and autocad and generated all necessary documentation using Microsoft office framework and RFQs needed to complete the project with Time Frame 2 weeks.Project 2 : Designed successfully A remote holder for a hospital using tools like Solidworks with detailed 2D shop drawings to ensure product quality and functionality.Project 3 : Designed a Welded Tank as per API 650 for a chemical plant using Solidworks and AMETank to create the design and generate all need shop drawings to ensure successful manufacturing and erection.

- Pipeline sizing, hydraulic calculations using Pipeflow expert, and pump selection according to needed function, Head and Flow rate.- Verification of pulse jet bag filters designs, Issuing appropriate RFQs for internal components and RFFs for the steel work.-Creating hand calculations and CFD models to design double pipe heat exchanger for temperature control in some areas of the plant and to calculate velocities in certain parts of gravity dust collectors.- Design and detailing large welded storage tanks as per API 650 code, using softwares like Bentley Auto vessles,Intergraph Tank, Auto-cad and Solidworks to Generate calculation reports and fabrication drawings.- Designing and Routing pipelines as per ASME B31.3 / B16.5 Codes.- Creating P&ID for different areas of the plant.-Issuing needed RFQs for various components of the plant according to specifications needed such as cooling towers, belt and screw conveyors, Pumps, Blowers, Compressors, Kiln refractory, Agitators, water purifiers, Linear screen vibrators,pipe line filters…etc.- Using Auto-cad Plant 3D in creating GA drawings and models for various areas in the plant to ensure components compatibility and verify changes in the design.-Using process guidelines to create mass balance flow sheets for different areas.

Responsibilities: • Leading large workshop with over 20 technician and operator.• Mechanical Design, Simulation using FEM and CFD, validation and Shop drawing.• Programing CNC lathes, millings and EDM wire-cut machines.• Operation of electrical and vacuum furnaces for steel heat treatment.•Maintenance planning, spare parts modification, repairing and manufacturing. •Tracking the manufactured parts by coding and keeping logs in the system.•Reporting KPI's, daily work plan, production lines working efficiency, maintenance and down times directly to the Chairman.
