1. RECRUITMENT (70%)- Analyzing and Understanding the requirement of the clients with respect to technical and general aspects- Using Boolean Search, mapping market (technical, salary,…) networking to identify potential candidates.- Approaching and building up the sources of candidates via job posting channels or social networks such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Websites, Git-hub, Skype, Telegram, Whatsapp , Zalo , Group, etc as well as by networking, headhunting, and through referrals.- Leverage multiple sourcing strategies and channels including external networks, job boards, and referrals to provide high-quality candidates for open positions.- Assessing and shortlisting the most qualified candidates- Managed entire interview process of potential candidates including identifying, qualifying (assessing candidates' technical & non-technical skills/knowledge and attributes), setting up interviews and coordinating end client interviews.- Provided after the interview feedback to the candidate as well as the client.- Following up the recruitment process (from the first interview of the candidate to probation done and payment collect)- Research and recommend new sourcing tools and techniques- Training and Mentor interns- Design job posting on CanvaACHIEVEMENTS- Successful filling many positions such as Product Owner, Team Leader, Front end Developer (ReactJS), Web Designer, Game Developer, Java Developer, Senior .NET Developer,...- Over target in Q4/2019 (215%)2.
