As a freelance digital designer, I have been working on various projects, helping clients with their design needs. At Aassttiinn, a rapidly expanding e-commerce startup in the Middle East with a primary focus on establishing a marketplace for local fashion, I served as one of two customer service specialists in a dynamic startup environment. My role involved managing a growing volume of customer service inquiries, which peaked at 100 per day by the time of my departure. This encompassed tasks such as documenting, processing and devising strategic plans of action to address and resolve customer issues. Additionally, I took on the responsibility of training new customer relationship specialists, and contributing to the development of a skilled and efficient customer service team.
