Responsibility for accurate, attractive, and selling e-shops: Dormeo.sk, Liveactive.sk, Topshop.sk, Delimano.sk and Walkmaxx.sk. Optimizing all e-commerce processes, ensuring to meet sales targets and marketing budget. Planning and coordinating campaigns. Developing strategy and tactic for all digital channels: e-mails, search, display, video, Facebook, digital PR. Initiate regular analysis, AB testing and optimization of all channels. Leading changes in web presentation and in content for key and hero products: e.g. Nutribullet mixer, Dormeo mattresses... Developing, coordinating and supervising executive e-commerce team (5 people). Achievements: Change management in the first months - initiating and executing core changes in web presentation, advertising, external costs and campaigns. Leading several strong online campaigns to get figures back on the plan. Year later, Slovak e-commerce team achieved the title "Jumper of the year" reflecting our highest YoY percentage growth of revenue from all countries in the holding.
