This approach allows for better collaboration, adaptability, and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle. I believe that by embracing agile methodologies, organizations can drive innovation, achieve faster time-to-market, and ultimately enhance customer satisfaction.One of my key achievements was introducing a system of Agile Release Trains, each responsible for tasks such as provisioning and applications. This streamlined approach helped establish efficient teams that could deliver within a set time frame, increasing monthly delivery velocity by effectively managing change in product requirements. Additionally, I played a pivotal role in standardizing how we delivered code, developed DevOps practices and CI/CD (Continuous Innovation/Continues delivery) pipelines. I introduced well-defined microservices for specific functions to avoid redundant development tasks. For instance, rather than developing a new payment code for each package, we used a single Payment microservice, expanding its API for use by digital systems.My role also involved transforming the fundamentals of IT architecture, ensuring a complete end-to-end architecture.
