She is also an Associate at Kearney, a leading global management consulting firm, with a focus on healthcare and retail.With over five years of experience in advising global clients on complex and technical initiatives, Mina has led international teams to deliver innovative solutions in the areas of go-to-market strategy, regional expansion, regulatory strategy, healthcare policy reform, and organizational redesign. Her notable projects include GTM strategy for an innovative micro-RNA-based screening, launch of ML-powered rare disease diagnosis solution, establishment of digital patient referral network, and regulatory reform policy recommendation involving comprehensive study of 8+ countries' drug reimbursement systems. She has a keen interest in the intersection of healthcare, innovation, and global, and aspires to bring the value of deep-tech solutions into society.Mina holds a Bachelor's degree in Law and Politics from the University of Tokyo, where she was a Masahiro Sakane Scholar and a parliamentary debater.
