•Attended 40 conferences on regional, national and international levels in Poland, Spain, Albania as a Peer educator, Organiser, Journalist and Jury Member.• Led 10 person team as a Project Manager of international conference with 150 participants on the topic of digitalisation. (August 2018 - February 2019).• Department leader in charge of logistics and event coordination on an international conference that gathered 200 participants on the topic of human rights. (August 2018 - July 2019).• Department leader in charge of logistics and team leader - Youth Academy on Sustainability (October 2019 - present).

• Helped, kept company and organized activities for the elderly who gather in the premises of this association.

• Worked in a 5 person team responsible for project fundraising and establishing partnerships with stakeholders and sponsors.• Attended educational modules and training activities on various topics such as leadership skills, team management and problem solving

• Took a two month course in debate skills and public speaking.• Had an opportunity to display acquired skills when I ranked first on a regional scale (Novi Sad) from where I qualified for the national competition where I also ranked first.
