Co-founded the first registered non-profit organisation in the Maldives to advocate explicitly for the rights of migrant workers, who are 1/3rd of the country population.Represented MMWM in national sub-committee dedicated to ensure vaccine equity for migrant workers through policy and operational assistance to provide undocumented migrant workers to COVID-19 vaccine.Fostered and maintained relationships with key stakeholders and industry leaders to raise funds and coordinated the distribution of 4450 Ifthar Meal Packs for the month of Ramadan for migrant workers in need through community partnership.

Developed recommendations from a systematic consultation with key stakeholders,field visits and desk research into a National Migration Health Policy as a key policy document that sets out the country’s commitment plan for the next 10 years that are responsive to the health needs of the 230 000 migrants workers, the largest density per population in South Asia.

Reviewed the service delivery platforms and service providers of RMNCAH to identify the implementation gaps and strengthen the service delivery models in order to achieve 50% improvement in coverage of life saving interventions across the life-course.

National consultant to support SEAR Member countries in review of SRMNCAH programme monitoring indicators.Consulted with high level stakeholders from WHO country office, WHO SEARO Member countries and focal points in the Ministry of Health to review data sources for monitoring RMNCAH indicators to develop recommendations to improve data collection and identification of efficiency gaps.

Co-led the team to create a sector entry plan for a AIP Vietnam (NGO), focusing on roadinjuries across 5 Asian countries. Managed the project team to ensure the delivery ofmajor strategic consulting engagements from initial scoping discussions to completionby overseeing the development of deliverables, regular client meetings and other workproducts.Monitored and evaluated the technical aspects of the project by providing input andguidance that supports efficiencies to the client and project to prioritize the top 3 keystrategies for entry with funding possibilities based on SDGs.
