As a third-year pharmacy student at the University of Florida, I have cultivated a diverse skill set through various leadership roles and hands-on experiences. My current and past organizational roles have sharpened my abilities in project management, relationship building, and creative problem-solving. Additionally, being a pharmacist intern at Walgreens and Tampa General Hospital has allowed me to gain direct patient care experience and deepened my understanding of the healthcare system.Contributing to research projects has shown me that pharmacy is a dynamic field. Presenting research findings fulfills my desire to share knowledge with others while empowering healthcare professionals to advocate for their profession and their patients. Growing up in the Middle East, I bring a unique perspective on healthcare from another part of the world. This background has profoundly shaped my worldview and approach to healthcare challenges, allowing me to contribute a global outlook on any team. My dream day is to spend a rainy afternoon at a cozy, historic café in Edinburgh, Scotland, reading Gillian Flynn's newest novel and sipping on some local coffee or tea.
