● Casablanca’s Tramway (38 stations, 18 rectifying, 1 depot) :- Participated in preparing the technical offer of this project (automation – BMS – Video wall)- Participated in preparing the necessary automation technical documents.- Took a training in PCVue V15 from ARC Informatique- Developing the SCADA using PcVue V16- Debugging the VB script- Relocating in Morrocco for 5 months intervals to setup the system on the platform and doing official interface testing between the SCADA and various subsystems- System and servers’ setup (Data acquisition servers, RDS servers, Clients)- Setting up the SQL database- Following up with various subcontractors and ensuring the integrity of the application done by them after testing and debugging it● Cairo Metro Line 3 Phase 3 (4 underground stations):- Programming Fire service panel PLC on TIA Portal V17 using the safety package.- Commissioning the program on site (internal, official, and civil defense test) for phase 3A stations- Gave training sessions to station masters on the fire service panel after the commissioning phase- Supervised the E/M workstation SCADA development and tests for phase 3A stations.- Participated in preparing the necessary documents.- Participated in some of the tests of the rest of the HVAC.- Participated in the FAT of phase 3B that took place in Valence, France.

● Nuweibaa SWRO Desalination Plant:- Creating the project documentation- Programming the plant on ABB 800xA V6.1- Developing the SCADA of the project- System Installation- Performed software and hardware FAT.- Handing over the project to the client.● Bahr Al Baqar Treatment Plant:- Creating the project documentation- Programming on ABB 800xA V6.1- Developing the SCADA of the project.- Developing the HMI using Panel Builder 600 and using Modbus TCP to communicate with the PLC.- Performed hardware test and FAT for 5 Panels.● Helwan Cement System Virtualization:- Installing ESXi on the servers.- Creation of VMs on these servers that correspond to the servers and stations of the old system.- Installation of ABB 800xA V5.0 on these servers- Restore the old program/system on the new virtual servers.● APC’s Tripper Car:- Creating the project documentation from the old Step 7 Program- Recreating the tripper car’s program found on the old Step 7 program on ABB 800xA V6.1

● Air Liquide Port Said PCS System Upgrade:- Designing the P&ID diagrams and detailed function specification documents.- Programming a new control loop using TIA Portal V13.- Adding the new control loop to the MIMIC of the project.- Recreate the program on PCS7 V9.0 Software using Siemens standard library and the Failsafe library.- Participated in the FAT.- Commissioning the new system on site.● M’sila Line 2 PCS System Upgrade:- Modifying the PCS7 Program of the Cooler and Utility area.- Developing the SCADA of the Cooler and Utility area.● Oggaz Grey Line PCS System Upgrade:- Creating the engineering documents of the Cooler area from the Step 7 program.- Converting the Step 7 FLS program to PCS7 using the E50 Library.- Developing the SCADA of the Cooler area.● M’sila Line 1 PCS System Upgrade:- Creating the engineering documents of the Cooler area from the Step 7 program.- Converting the Step 7 FLS program to PCS7 using the E50 Library.- Developing the SCADA of the Cooler area.- Performed the FAT of the Cooler area.● Ashaka Cement Mills PCS System Upgrade:- Engineering and programming of the upgraded PLC.- Designing the flow sheets, general and detailed function specification documents.- Programing Siemens S400 PLC using PCS 7 V9.0 Software.- Developing the SCADA of the project.
