Datacenter implementation

* Monitor & control projects schedules, budget and risks at all stages with Logistics, Purchasing, Finance and operation teams.*Responsible for customer communication with sales department.*Follow up with team members on the open actions. *Direct & support team members and challenge their projects decisions.

-Review operation schedules, engineering specifications, orders, and related information to obtain knowledge of manufacturing methods, procedures, and activities.-Confer with clients, vendors, staff, and management personnel regarding purchases, product and production specifications, manufacturing capabilities, or project status.

-Plan and establish sequence of operations to fabricate and assemble parts or products and to promote efficient utilization.-Evaluate precision and accuracy of production and testing equipment and engineering drawings to formulate corrective action plan.- Making deals with suppliers and issuing purchase orders, surveying the market to get the best product with best price.-Experience with the specifications of MTN, Etisalat, Airtel and other mobile operators.

-Manage the development of new journals.-Invite approved editors to join the journals’ editorial boards.-Follow up on all communications with editors before the journals’ launch.-Finalize all required tasks before launching a journal (e.g. ensuring that all subjects are covered by appropriate editors, updating the research keywords for every editor, etc…).
