-Recruiting Staff and handling Team,training them.-Looking After the operations-Handling the team-liasoining with the client-handling critical situations -Running Projects-Training the Team-Multi Tasking responsibilities of BPO-Market Reasearch Dealing in the assignment of Agency Management for entire Assam & N.E. which includes – monitoring and supervising daily Collection activities of the Collection Agencies of Assam & N.E., issuance of Identity Cards and periodical revalidation and re-issuance of the same for the Collectors, Vendor’s Agreement tracking, Reconciliation of Money Receipt Books with the Collection Agencies, Review of the performance of the Collection Agencies on periodical basis.Dealing in the assignment of RCU checking of the Collection Agencies and its employees; Independently handling and supervising all F.I. Reports within TAT, Billing issues of Collection Agencies, Customer Compliant handling and providing resolution within the defined TAT etc.;Handling the Collection Compliances as per Policies and Collection Modules of the Bank;Also handling and coordinating for timely allocation and rotation of Collection Data among the Collection Agencies;Closely monitoring the Awareness Calling as per Collection System of the Bank, ensuring its completion within the TAT as fixed by the Bank and floating of MIS of the same;Being a part of Collection Legal Team receiving of Legal Letters and Complaints from the Customers, Legal Notices from the Advocates, Court Notices, Summons and Petitions and coordinating with the State and Regional Legal Team for timely resolution and/or representation as per requirement within the specified TAT.
