Involved in Internal Recruitment life cycle from Screening till On-Boarding.• Experience into Lateral Level & Middle Level hiring for IT & Non-IT profiles.• Analyzing Job Details and understanding the requirements on different positions form the Hiring Manager.• Keeping a track of joiners and their referrers.• Posting jobs on different job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed & I.M Jobs.• Conducting Telephonic, Face-to-Face & Skype interviews.• Conducting the compensation & benefit discussion with the candidate.• Involved in candidate’s documentation & BGV process.• Following up with the offered candidates and keeping them well informed till the time they join.• On boarding of new hires in corporate office.• Dedicatedly working as a SPOC for the Roll out Department & handling all the HR related activities of that department (Recruitment, On boarding, Grievances,Retention, etc).
