Over the course of my career thus far, I have learned the open channels of communication and stellar teamwork are just as important to the success of a company’s IT network as in-depth technical knowledge. My current role involves the below duties:Providing expert-level support for Linux-based USSD gateways, resolving escalated technical issues and ensuring high availability and reliability.Collaborating with development & vendor teams to diagnose and troubleshoot complex system issues, implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime.Developing and maintained documentation, including troubleshooting procedures and best practices, to facilitate knowledge sharing and enhance team efficiency.Conducting root cause analysis for critical incidents, identifying trends and implementing preventive measures to enhance system stability.Current skillset used:- Linux Administration (RHEL)- USSD Gateway Configuration- Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution- Scripting (Bash, Python, Basic Java Coding)- Network Protocols (SS7, SIGTRAN, SCTP, MAP)- System Monitoring & Optimization- Incident Management- Documentation & Knowledge Sharing
