Team leader for working capital loans

Providing appropriate working capital solutions across Fund/ non-Fund based products like Cash Credit, overdraft, term loan, bank guarantee, Letter of credit etc. against property, stocks or liquid collateral. Evaluate the eligibility by financial-ratios, risk analysis, industry benchmark and trend of the prospects. Handling 250 crore + book size portfolio and focus to continually increase the book size and profitability of the assigned portfolio byacquiring new clients and maintaining relationship with the existing clients. Facilitate and generate revenue from the allotted branches. Understand in detail client business models, trade related activities, cash flows, purpose of loan projections if required. Determine the capacity of borrowers to repay their financial obligations. Credit assessment memo preparation. Documentation pre-disbursement (Doc collection, legal & TSR, Valuation etc.) and post disbursement, including deferral closure. Housekeeping including CAM renewals, deferral closure, Call memos, stock statements, insurance renewals, Plant visit, Site visit etc. Stressed accounts / Exit account management, follow-up and regularization of temporary overdrafts
