Holding a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Sociology, she pursued her doctoral studies specializing in Corporate Social Responsibility. Her corporate journey has been marked by significant contributions to the CSR domain, including implementing CSR projects, involvement in ISO/CSR audit and certification processes, as well as designing and conducting CSR training programs. Her professional portfolio extends corporate and academic endeavors, encompassing project engagements in CSR including Baseline surveys, Need assessment, and Social Impact Evaluation is sponsored by both governmental and private entities. She works as a consultant for SA 8000, ISO 26000 Guidance on Social Responsibility.
