Mina Joy Yaco-Villarama is an Officer of Philippine Savings Bank since March 2017. For her 1st year she became part of the elite leaders who handled the call banking unit. 2018 she was tasked to lead the E-banking Unit as its head which handles customer concern through the different social media channels, email and live chat. 2019, she was chosen to handle special tasks and projects targeting strategic management for the Talent Acquisition Team under the People Development Group. These projects are centered on future approaches that can create benchmark for the said team. After which she was assigned in CX-HR's Support Banking unit and handled auto loans, approval of waivers and refunds and review of documents. After 6 months, she was assigned to assist with Vendor Management Division which handles accreditation of vendors and service providers and contract management. Currently, she's the department head of General Services Division's Billing and Payment Department where she manages all payments to agencies, utilities and purchase orders of the bank. Mina had 8 years of recruitment experience in Convergys Singapore Holdings. She started as a customer service associate and was consistent with her metrics being a top agent for several months. Then after 1 & a half year was promoted to a Transition Coach and was appointed as well as the Sales, Rewards and Recognition & Documentation POC. She then pursued her career with HR being accepted as a Recruitment Specialist on 2010. While being a recruiter she had various projects and tasks such as Unified Applicant Tracking System, Near Hire Training Program, Enhanced Internship Program, Recruitment Internship and Development Program. After 4 years of being a recruiter, Mina leveled up and became a Recruitment Supervisor. After 1 year she was accepted as a Senior Recruitment Supervisor where she managed the whole Nuvali site’s recruitment team. Seeing her potential in running multiple sites, she was promoted after 3 months as a Recruitment Manager for CVG’s Alabang site. Mina has double major taking on BS. Psychology in University of Santo Tomas where she graduated as a loyalty awardee with the best thesis honor last 2004 and BS. Nursing in St.Jude College, Manila last 2007. She is a registered nurse and is certified targeted selection interviewer.
