 Managed Orange County territory of more than 200 wireless retailers. Delivers messaging, brand advocacy, training and collateral all while building and maintaining positive relationships. Responsibilities included event support, scheduling store visits to meet campaign objectives and maintaining a mileage and discretionary budget. After less than a year on the team, selected by manager to travel to region’s 10 other territories to conduct peer-to-peer coaching and model proper visit procedure. Collected valuable, relevant feedback on market trends, product perception and potential issues. Initiated the implementation of a monthly RIM account e-newsletter to drive traffic to web portal; acting Editor. Traveled extensively to conduct one to four hour trainings in a classroom style setting presenting with various PowerPoint presentations.

 Counter saw a 20% increase in sales over last year for three consecutive months.  Engaged new clients and increased loyalty among returning clientele to consistently meet goals.  Regularly worked weekends and other peak hours to support the needs of the clientele and the needs of the counter.
