Served as primary caregiver to my mom in the final chapter of her life journey.

Acting as consultant to internal partners in client services, platform development, and product strategy, I conducted internal assessments, analyzed competitive threats, explored market trends and investigated internal ideas to uncover and define opportunities for innovation.

Working closely with product, engineering, marketing leadership, language service providers and others, I led a program on the client-side to ensure end-to-end delivery and maintenance of high-quality localized web and mobile sites for the Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. As the primary point of contact for vendors working on localization projects, I managed the relationships and ensured that all assignments were understood, timelines followed, and deliveries completed correctly and on time. I also led and mentored the team of localization project managers. ➢ Turned around a dangerous trend of budget-hemmoraging, out-of-control projects by establishing a centralized program with well-defined and scalable processes that could be smoothly transitioned to internal resources to maintain control and deliver on an expanding scope of projects➢ Launched 11 languages and 120+ localized sites on the Adobe AEM platform for 60+ hotels, each with its own set of stakeholders➢ Saved more than $100,000 by closely monitoring vendor charges and standardizing vendor rates➢ Led vendor selection activities and oversaw partnerships with up to 11 vendors around the world (localization, technical integration and QA)➢ Set up and managed a centralized billing system between the various vendors, hotels and corporate office that reduced invoice turn-around time by 200%➢ Built and mentored a high-perfoming team of localization project managers, acting as consultants and account managers to hotel marketing executives➢ Introduced and implemented an international SEO program, retrofitting 96 existing sites to follow SEO best practices while integrating SEO planning into every new translation effort

Managed the conceptualization, design and implementation of world-class digital experiences. Clients included: Coca-Cola, Reebok, adidas, Meijer, Philips Healthcare, Charming Charlie, VaxServ (division of Sanofi Pasteur), JJ Keller, Trust Company of the West, and TIAA-CREF. Projects included: discovery and conceptualization of digital media strategy, usability-focused website redesigns, design and development of new eCommerce platforms, system integration of rich internet applications with complex enterprise platforms and third party systems, set up and training of customer service teams, as well as the design, development and enhancement of complex web-based applications. Project budget sizes ranged from $250K to approximately $2 million.• Led delivery and client teams through all phases of the project life cycle (initiation, strategy, planning, design, implementation, quality assurance, launch, post-launch maintenance and enhancements, closing).• Served as primary client liaison on projects - managing client expectations, identifying and achieving success criteria, resolving open issues or risks, and directing client presentations and critical correspondence.• Managed large, often geographically distributed, cross-disciplinary project teams of up to 30 people, including strategy, experience design, creative, copywriters, front-end developers, back-end developers, quality assurance, and translators. Managed team execution of all project deliverables to ensure that the solution delivered was on budget, on schedule, and fulfilled client objectives and requirements. • Produced budgets, schedules, resource plans, risk management plans, communication plans, status reports, and various other project management tools. Assuming the role of business analyst when needed, also produced business requirements, user stories, mental models, use cases, functional requirements and content inventories.

Led complex, cross-functional projects with multiple customers, geographically dispersed team members and third party vendors to deliver business-critical initiatives for Capital One Healthcare Finance, a subsidiary of Capital One Financial Corporation and the leading provider of financing for elective medical and dental treatments. • Co-led the definition and design phases of the largest project in division history – a $15 million infrastructure effort to revamp the information systems platform supporting the core business of originating loans.• Managed the market launch and rollout team for a customer self-service web portal – the division’s primary market-facing initiative for the first trimester • Collaborated with IT senior leadership to develop the 3-year IT infrastructure strategy, based on analysis of business drivers, core competencies of division, industry trends, and interviews with division leaders. • Developed project documents and processes that were adopted as the standard project management tools of the division. These included project schedules, milestone trackers, reporting templates, change control processes, staffing plans, budget trackers, risk/issue logs and other tools.

• Charged with identifying and advising on new business opportunities for Salesnet, a leading provider of on-demand CRM/ SFA software at the time• Recruited directly by CEO as first participant of rotational management training program. • Collaborated with direct sales teams in prospecting new clients, identifying solutions to client needs, and delivering product demonstrations. • Assisted CEO in developing presentations regarding critical business decisions to Board of Directors and Venture Capitalists. • Conducted primary and secondary research to investigate potential vertical markets to focus market strategy and product positioning. • Collaborated with SVP of Sales to design and deliver to Board of Directors a comprehensive sales strategy based on synthesis of multiple individual sales team plans and extensive market research.

Developed and directed programs promoting human relations awareness and leadership. Oversaw daily department operations, determined mission and goals, and developed policies and procedures. Procured and coordinated use of departmental resources. Acted as counselor/ advisor to individual students and student organizations. Recruited, hired, supervised, trained and mentored 20+ part-time employees and interns, as well as 100+ volunteers each term. Annually produced 30+ campus events, including what became the university’s signature event – a multicultural festival with thousands of attendees – all within an annual budget of $35,000.
