Minda Stratton has over 25 years experience in property management which includes accounting, financial reporting & managing small and large Home Owner, Condominium and Commercial Associations. These association are portfolio accounts and large properties with full-time on-site teams of employees. The teams provide administrative management, janitorial, maintenance, landscape and irrigation maintenance.Prior to creating NextGen, Minda worked at Castle Group as a Regional Director. Her role at Castle Group included leading a team of property managers, a para-legal meeting notice coordinator and an insurance coordinator. Minda's strong background in corporate and Association accounting and comprehensive understanding of the HOA, Condominium and Not-for-profit chapters of the Florida Statutes provided an excellent foundation of knowledge in her capacity at Castle.As Vice President of Property Management and Corporate Controller of Gables Property Management she helped build a premier full service property management firm in Weston, Florida. Like NextGen, Gables was a full service property management company providing administrative property management, janitorial, maintenance, electrical, irrigation, landscape, fertilization, pest control, pressure cleaning, tree trimming and landscape installation services.Prior to working in property management, Minda worked in the accounting industry with accounting software developers designing and implementing accounting systems for small and medium distributors and import/export companies.
