-Was hired to provide legal advice the employees of the Klaipeda region. The number of employees whom I have been advising has steadily increased, and since 2010 I have been advising bank employees in all these four regions: Klaipėda, Šiauliai, Panevėžys and Alytus.-All requests to the National Bank of Lithuania were satisfied, and all civil cases in the courts were won.-Improved the information system on the latest adopted legal acts, which saved the bank employees about 50 percent of the time spent on this work.

-Developed a convenient database of contracts in 3 months, which saved 30 percent of the finance department's time spent on clarifying the terms of contracts.-Organized the inventory revision committee, which identified inconsistencies in various regions of Lithuania that persisted for decades.

Conducted a detailed analysis of the tests of 600 students in accordance with the test validation methodology, which helped to improve the curriculum approved by the College and then the Ministry of Education and Science.
