I have a strong background in engineering, business management, and e-mobility solutions, which enables me to apply technical and strategic insights to drive growth and innovation in the golf market. As the General Director of Golf Development UAB, I oversee the operations and development of the European Center Golf Club, a premier golf destination located in the geographical center of Europe.In my current role, I am responsible for managing the golf course, developing the golf game in Lithuania, and organizing golf tournaments and activities. I have successfully expanded the customer base, increased the revenue, and improved the quality and reputation of the golf club. I have also initiated and implemented various projects to enhance the sustainability, accessibility, and attractiveness of the golf club, such as partnership events /cooperations, introducing electric golf carts, and offering golf lessons and memberships. I have leveraged my skills in teamwork, analytical thinking, and problem-solving to collaborate with various stakeholders, such as the golf association, the local community, and the media, to promote the golf club and the golf industry in the region.
