As the Head of Strategic Planning and Project Management, I coordinated project management processes throughout the entire project lifecycle within the Museum. My role involved overseeing the administrative operations of the Department of Project Management and International Affairs, ensuring seamless interaction among various Museum departments involved in project activities, and supporting project teams in all implementation matters. I actively sought alternative funding sources, wrote and submitted proposals for national and international funds, and participated in both strategic and daily planning of Museum activities. Additionally, I monitored the implementation of the Strategic Plan and coordinated the Museum's cooperation with foreign partners and participation in international associations.

As the Head of Projects Department, I was responsible for preparing applications for funding and supervising 21 projects in 2013, with a total value exceeding 20 million Lt. My duties included initiating new projects, communicating with external supervising authorities, developing new business ideas, managing primary accounts, improving departmental performance, and participating in public procurement procedures.

Since 2007 Lithuanian SPA Association (LSA) has been recognized as the professional organization and voice of Lithuanian spa industry, representing more than 25 health and wellness facilities and providers. As Project Manager I was responsible for preparing project funding applications for association and its members (2.5 million Lt).
