I am the ACT (acceptance commitment therapy) co-ordinator. I am currently designing and standardising the ACT Foundations programs for Healthscope throughout Australia.I am the founder of Mindful Creation, an organisation dedicated to self-growth and mindful change. I am also the co-founder and director of ACT on it: Mindfulness for Teens, a certified charity in Australia. I currently work part time as a contextual CBT/ACT therapist at The Melbourne Clinic.I have already introduced over well over 1/4 million people to mindfulness. I am passionate about the human mind and behaviour, and empowering people towards mindful change through my projects. I also have a range of influences including contextual psychology, Buddhist psychology, compassion-focused therapy and non-denominational psycho-spiritual disciplines.
