Developing mindfulness techniques for stress management in groups, allows the brain to work more efficiently.The STRESS - REDUCTION MINDFULNESS SYSTEM has been developed as a training system for small corporate groups as a tool for self-monitoring of what a person thinks, says and does. This permits a moment of pause and self-regulation of each decision-making to enhance awareness and be able to manage stress symptoms in each work situation.After the 8 S.R.M.S. sessions we offer individual consultations. The more practice of the S.R.M.S. the more benefits in stress management the individual will acquire.The positive regulation of stress will grow from the individual to the group and finally to the stress-reduction corporate culture, becoming a continuous growing system.
