Louise Cox Chester is a purpose-driven leader and renowned expert in enabling Inner Game Leadership to power outstanding Outer Game results. Formerly a #1 Extel-rated analyst advising governments, wealth funds and C-Suite executives, she later oversaw over today's equivalent of >$30 billion in assets as Head of Research and Global Head for Telecoms and Media at Dresdner RCM. In 2002, Louise followed her purpose to share the evidence-based Inner Game training that had contributed to her development, focusing on empowering individuals for success. She founded 2 award-winning companies: a UK-based organic retreat centre, Witherdens Hall, in 2003 and Mindfulness at Work in 2010. With her background in finance, strategy, leadership, culture change, and purpose work, she coaches CEOs, senior leaders, and teams in multinational corporations. A Founding Partner of The Inner Game Collective, she contributes to leadership programs worldwide. Louise has collaborated with 100s of prominent clients from Citi to Unilever, offering strategic consultancy and bespoke interventions. She designs programs to cultivate positive cultures in global organizations, to attract talent and maximizing outcomes for people, planet, purpose and performance. Louise has a Masters from Edinburgh University, but is continuing her education, studying with Father Richard Rohr at The Center for Action and Contemplation and with her mentor Satish Kumar at Schumacher College. She is exploring Regenerative Economics & Embodied Systemic Coaching, leading Theory U initiatives, and is an active member of the B Corp for Good Leaders and Inner Development Goals for Sustainable Development movements. She is a Global Ambassador for The Center for Compassionate Leadership, and Reboot the Future, and has supported London-based youth charity XLP for over a decade and the Hackney Schools Mentoring programme and alumni since 1993.
