Cornelia Cannon Holden is the CEO of Mindful Warrior where she oversees the strategic direction and global operations of the Sun Valley, ID–based performance coaching, leadership development, and culture design company. With a mission to train brains in order to transform minds, teams and cultures, Cornelia has spent two decades working with C-Suite executives, first-line leaders, school presidents, deans, and athletic directors. Her work includes improving leadership effectiveness, facilitating workshops in diversity, equity and inclusion; advancing women leaders; and coaching organizational change management through the development of high trust cultures and high performance teams. Cornelia brings an analytic rigor and a mindful presence to the complex problems facing her clients by coaching them to link behavior to culture design and performance outcomes. S. women’s Olympic ice hockey team; as an associate consultant for The Bridgespan Group, a subsidiary of Bain and Company; and as a massage therapist taught her the importance of systems thinking to solve complex problems, and that behavior change is the most crucial lever to achieving key performance outcomes. Drawing on her extensive educational background and experience, Cornelia has worked with board members and leaders at all levels in a wide variety of industries, including at the Olympic level, with top boarding schools and universities, and in top-10 tech and private wealth management firms. She has also collaborated with leaders to address leadership team effectiveness and performance issues, to devise and deploy innovative business solutions, and to build behavioral neuroscience-informed sustainable management systems. Cornelia is recognized for her expertise in developing leaders as coaches and she has deep experience in performance change leadership and operational excellence.
