I was recently laid off from my position as an Exchange Processor at First American. I loved my job and First American it's a great company to work for !

My main focus is to be professional, positive, great first impression, assist clientele, LO's and LOA's.Open and close office daily. Responsible for answering all incoming calls and forwarding to appropriate person. Ordering all supplies for office and LO's as needed.Greet clients and offer them coffee, tea, water etc.Keep supply room, conference rooms and kitchen fully stocked and cleaned at all times. Send and receive UPS, FedEx packages daily. Manage copiers and supplies, call for maintenance as needed, add new LO's and LOA's email address to copier. Marketing duties include updates to social media sites as well as media center for LO's. Work with Santa Barbara News Press and other local papers such as Independent, CASA, and Montecito Journal for ad's. Print tour sheets weekly.Proof fliers for marketing as needed and directed. Give excellent customer service to LO's , LOA's and clients and be a great team player.
