Draft loan documents for both portfolio lenders and conduit lenders; draft loan assumption documents for conduit loan servicers; review leases and prepare lease summaries; review tenant estoppel certificates; review title reports; negotiate title policies and endorsements; review surveys and negotiate with surveyors to ensure survey conforms to lender’s and ALTA survey requirements; review borrower entity documents; ordered and review UCC, bankruptcy, lien and judgment searches; prepared UCC financing statements; coordinate with escrow officers to close loans; prepare closing binders; interact with clients, outside counsel, escrow officers, mortgage brokers and other third parties; train junior attorneys and paralegals.
