Created RMS Temporary division and opened 5 local office within the tri-state area NY NJ and CT. Hired and Trained internal staff, developed internal quality control measures ensuring that all temporary healthcare personnel were properly recruited, evaluated for experience. credentialed, placed and paid. Responsible for the total operation of the temporary division as well as marketing / branding of both (temp and perm) medical services divisions within the Northern US.

I have held every position within a staffing agency. I started while I was still in HS making appointments setting interviews for a DON within a LTC facility. I then worked for Luther Todd and Livix as a program developer - Assisted Living. We called it age in place. I developed the program, hired the staff and trained them to meet the high standards we had set with our initial / pilot program at Whispering Pines Retirement Community in Mesa, AZ. The program was implemented through out the country within the communities they owned and managed. Since then I have worked as a recruiter / credentialing coordinator / staffing coordinator / sales person / account executive / sales manager / Office manager / division director / COO / VP/ I don't think that there is title that I have not had or worked to achieve. Now I work as a training consultant as well as an owner of LL. See above employment
