I am also a problem solver who supports a team of people who convert clients to a new online business management system. I am the data analyst for the Round 4 TAACCCT Grant. I follow our students through their life cycle at Johnson County Community College as well as their employment or further education after they leave us. I modified an existing Access Database to track all of this data consistently, accurately, and automatically. Every year we report to the Federal Government our aggregate findings. I also created another Access Database to follow our Control Group. I maintain and update both of these databases on a regular basis.

I worked as an RN at this private practice. We specialized in allergies and asthma. I did skin testing, food challenges, allergy shots, Epi-pen training, asthma education, triage patients on the phone, mix allergens for each patient's individual vial for shots, look at mucus under a microscope to determine if the patient has an infection or not and a variety of other things. I also set up a way to keep track of the lot numbers of our allergens we used each time we made a different mix. They still use that system today.
