"Jill of all trades, master of none." I have worked in medical for a vast majority of my working career and have switched gears into the technical software needs of the Lumber Industry. I am providing customer service to clients using the specialized software that RDB Solutions supplies. I can jump in where I am needed and can adapt to what is being worked on. I enjoy problem solving and finding solutions. I work great in a team as well as independently. Working efficiently, in a timely manner, and taking pride in what I work on is what defines me.I have worked in fast paced medical offices for more than 17 years and remotely for 2 and a half. Both environments have provided me with a wide variety of scenarios for many different things. From customer service, front office, all the way up to team leads in the back office. Remote work has provided me with skills of research to IT fixes and having to be self reliant.
