As directed by the Ivanhoe Village Main Street board of directors, I focused my efforts on development and revitalization efforts in the IVMS District, and was responsible for the development, conduct, execution and documentation of the program. I also helped build strong and productive relationships with the City of Orlando and other public agencies at the local and state level.My day was filled with community outreach, public relations, fund raising, event planning, marketing, membership management and managing the day to day activities, operations and administration of running the Ivanhoe Village Main Street program.

Managed delivery of 126,000 emergency food and hygiene delivery to 71 Orange and Seminole county public schools in the 2013-2014 school year.Recruited, trained and led two part-time Love Pantry employees and 30 volunteers, resulting in increased capacity of service for program clients.Developed weekly communication/training matrix to support 100 In-school Coordinators and volunteers, boosting food orders by 20 percent and volunteer retention by 70 percent.Planned and executed Love Pantry events to honor funders, community partners and school staff, building program affinity and retaining key stakeholders.Interviewed and reported stories of impact from school staff, volunteers, funders and recipients in social media and newsletters, elevating public awareness and engaging program participants.

Recruited corporate, faith based, student and community volunteers for daily lunch service for 400 clients, plus internal/external marketing events, averaging 1,500 volunteers annually.Developed volunteer database used to promote on- and off-site volunteer events, and reported stories of impact in social media and newsletters.Collaborated with staff and board members to increase community awareness and strengthen community commitment to the mission and programs of the Christian Service Center.Supported board and committee activities by preparing the Executive Director's reports and taking meeting minutes.

Developed, wrote and edited health-related articles for biweekly magazine and quarterly newsletter with a circulation of 5,000 each.
