Essential Functions & Responsibilities: • Maintained inside sales activities by providing excellent customer service in our Delaware, OH location for the builders, contractors, and local residential walk-in clients. • Maintain showroom pricing, product literature on product displays.• Provide current vendor brochures and literature for all products to customers. • Provide sales support for masonry, tile, garage doors, fireplaces, mantels, hardscape material for internal staff, customers, business owners, and our national outside sales team. • Provide verbal & written job and product quotes to customers in person, by email, and by phone for local and national accounts. • Complete orders for walk in, phone and online customers daily.• Provide rough takeoffs and drawings at customer’s request or to show detail of materials to be used for the specific project. Assist in material selection for the finished project. • Review open orders and pick tickets to determine that invoicing is up to date in P21. Schedule transfers, returns, and shipments as needed. • Work with all internal company departments to ensure pricing is current in P21 across product lines. • Keep showroom displays current, organized, and priced as needed. National Sales Support Coordination : Additional sales support responsibility to generate and promote sales, process complete orders, respond to specific tile availability, create and ship materials domestically and internationally using national shipping companies. Corporate Training in 2015: Belden Brick Company & Crossville, Inc - Visited both companies for technical training for the process of manufacturing raw materials into finished products with educational training and private facility tours.HPC Sales Training Course: Review sales strategies to quickly and efficiently determine which of our products will match customers need, project, and budget.
