Many of my clients are leaders in their fields who may have ingrained ways of thinking and behaving that may no longer serve them well. By working together, we can identify and shift limiting beliefs, negative self-talk, and unhelpful behaviours. Using cognitive-behavioural hypnotherapy and coaching techniques, I help my clients tap into their full potential and achieve their goals, whether that's improving their confidence, overcoming self-doubt, quitting a destructive habit, or finding more joy and fulfilment in life.I hold the prestigious Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma (HPD) from the National Council for Hypnotherapy, and I trained with one of the country's leading lights in evidential Clinical Hypnotherapy, Adam Eason, who is the Principal at the Anglo-European College of Therapeutic Hypnotherapy. I am also registered on the U.K. Government backed accredited lists of Hypnotherapy practitioners which is held by the Complementary and Natural Health Council (CNHC).
