•Direct and lead a team of testers to improve and execute RCSA and CST control testing programs. Determine scope of examination, prioritization of activities and create annual testing schedules to complete evaluations and projects according to planned timelines.•Provide final approval for work papers, testing results and validation of all corrective actions to ensure reports are issued accurately and timely. Identify and communicate testing themes to all levels of management. •Continually evaluate the need for enhancements to the testing program and partner across 1st and 3rd lines of defense testing/audit groups to coordinate efforts where possible.•Resolve escalated issues within and across varying lines of business through strong interpersonal skills and developed relationships. •Provide additional team support through being the MS SharePoint site administrator, conduct trainings for control testing and reconcile control testing results (test objects) before submission to JIRA.
